Filter Questions

Furnace filters remove many contaminants from the air protecting the health of everyone who breaths the air inside.

To figure out which size you need check the size that is currently in your furnace, if there is no filter or it seems to not fit check for a size listed on your furnace.

Yes, we do. We do not sell any low quality filters we only offer midgrade filters to premium. Low quality filters do not offer the protection you deserve.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

A minimum efficiency reporting value, or MERV, is a rating system created by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). MERV ratings signify an air filter's effectiveness at decreasing airborne particles and pollutants.
The easiest way to find out what size filter to get for your furnace is to simply remove your current filter and look at its dimensions. These are typically printed along with one of the sides of your filter.

If you do not have a filter already in or the filter does not fit properly you can, turn off your HVAC system before taking any measurements. Then, using a measuring tape, measure the length, width, and depth of the inside of the air filter vent. Make sure to round off to the nearest whole number to get the standard size.)

We will ring your doorbell ONLY if you request it in your Delivery Instructions. Otherwise we don't as we wish to be respectful of shift workers, babies etc. that may be sleeping during the day.

Payment

No, all payments must be prepayed online.

Yes, we recommend purchasing more filters on a less regular frequency. Saving us driving and you money.
All of our payment types are listed when checking out.

Yes, you will receive a receipt for your order via email.

Subscription

If we ever have a price increase we will notify you and you will have the option to continue or cancel your subscription.
Yes, we offer a discount for every subscription regardless of frequency.
To cancel a subscription, log in to your account and find your subscription. If you have any issue cancelling your subscription please contact us. For our contact information please visit the contact us page.
No, to change your subscription you must cancel and start a new subscription. If you need any help with this process you can contact us.
No, subscriptions follow the frequency's for deliveries selected when starting the subscription, as-well as the amount of filters to be delivered. If you wish to change the frequency and filters this change can be made by either editing your subscription or cancelling and starting fresh. If you need help or have any issues, please contact us.
